Hi Karen, How is it going with the workshop?
I would really like to read the book by Haruki Murakami, it sounds like a great read.
I am leaving for Paris on April 7th and would like to make sure we have a poster before then. Let me know how I can help with that.

Hi Angela,

Cool! I am sure your blog will be very inspiring for all of us runners! A friend just lent me a book by marathon runner Haruki Murakami called "What I talk about when I talk about running." I've just started it and it is so wonderful to read another runner's memoirs about running. I'm looking forward to your blog!

Warmly,
Karen

Hi Angela,

Thanks for your comment. You are so right about the joy of running without pain and injury being such a strong motivation to work to change! Have fun at the Olympics!

Karen,
Having read your blog about chirunning, I realize that you have a great insight into how the mind resists change. Our bodies learn the technique by practicing it over and over again. Our minds trick us into resisting that change, not only with running but in life.
My experience with chirunning has allowed me to run injury free and to enjoy my runs because of the absence of pain and the freedom to know that I will be able to run again tomorrow without pain!
